Refund policy

If you are not happy with your purchase within 30 days of receiving the product you may return us the product for a full refund for product costs.

 

Refunds

To be eligible for a refund: 

• You must email us at support@compressu.co within 30 days of receiving the product.
• We require an email receipt or other proof of purchase.
• Your product must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
• You're required to ship us the product back.


There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
• Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
• Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

Refunds typically take 3-5 business days to get processed.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Delivery

We can provide refunds or replacements for orders that are lost in transit. To qualify for a refund or replacement the delivery time must exceed the maximum accepted delivery time of 40 business days stated on our shipping policy page.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email along with photo evidence at support@compressu.co

We ask that you send us photo evidence of the damaged or defective item within 30 days of receiving the item. We cannot provide replacements or exchanges for any items past 30 days from the date of delivery.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
