I literally was impatiently waiting for my gloves to arrive. I have rheumatoid arthritis in my hands & wrists. I put it on right away. You can see my fingers were swollen in the pic.
Within a few hours, the swelling had gone down. The aching was so minimal. I was able to move my hand and do simple tasks again.

Ok...so I'm not sure about the science behind it but these gloves are fantastic. I find they soothe my aching hands and give great comfort from the minute I put them on. I highly recommend you try these if you have arthritis or other hand discomfort. I have since bought 2 pairs for my parents.

I love these gloves. I have 4 pairs! I’ve had RA since I was 25 years old (I’m 59 now). I wear these gloves for everything-gardening, photography, painting...even just to keep warm. The material is quality, the knitwear stretches well. Threads do not stick out anywhere. Long chose between S and M, measured the hand. As a result, I decided to take more and did not lose. Really nice and soft gloves. I've been wearing them all day for a week now and they still look good, no pilling. They keep my hands nicely warm which helps me with the pain. I'm not sure if I should have ordered the S size to really compress. But I noticed that my fingers are less swollen. Will order more.
